Meet Chef Andres. His passion for luxury is what brought him here to Tofino 7 years ago, taking his first coastal steps on the magnificent Clayoquot Wilderness Resort based high up in the neck of the Bedwell Sound. No matter where his passions have led him, his Latin American roots for comfort food is something he brings into the kitchen every time. Andres is a global adventure seeker first and foremost, and as result has been able to intertwine the rich and vibrant cultures he’s had the privilege to observe and enjoy, into his cooking and creativity. Chef has been cooking up unique experiences for over a decade now and nothing is more rewarding to him than a smile after a first bite.
